HUBUNGAN ANTARA KELELAHAN KERJA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA BAGIAN VENEER SETTING DI PT ABHIRAMA KRESNA KECAMATAN NGUTER KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO - 1951700066

According to the ILO, two million workers die every year due to work fatigue. The results of the study showed that around 58,115 samples were taken, 18,828 of which experienced fatigue and 32.8% of the total sample. If many workers experience work accidents due to work fatigue, this will affect the level of work productivity. The problem that arises is that monotonous work can cause fatigue so that production targets are not achieved. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between work fatigue and the level of work productivity in the veneer setting section at PT Abhirama Kresna Sukoharjo.
This type of analytical observational research uses a cross sectional approach, with a population of 120 workers, the sampling technique uses perposive sampling technique, the research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet, the analysis method uses univariate analysis to explain the characteristics of each variable and uses bivariate analysis with the chi square test α 5% or 0.05.
The results of research on work fatigue showed that the most dominant criteria were moderate fatigue with a percentage of 60% (30 workers) and those who achieved the target were 46% (23 workers) while those who did not reach the target were 54% (27 workers), results of bivariate analysis with the chi Square test, it was found that p<0.05, namely p<0.000 and a contingency coefficient of 0.563, which means there is a relationship between work fatigue and work productivity.
Suggestions for companies are to given a medical check up schedule work to be more dynamic and varied.
