Abstract
In construction, there are two known methods of concrete work: the concrete used is the conventional lining method and the precast lining method. In the case of the D.I. Sempor irrigation network improvement project, 2 (two) concrete methods are used, namely conventional lining concrete and precast lining concrete. The contractor must conduct an evaluation and determine the strategy that must be used to accelerate the completion of the project. Analysis of the selection of the two methods is determined by considering the analysis of the time and cost of its implementation. From the results of the study on conventional lining concrete, the total cost was Rp. 389,974,203.57, while for precast lining concrete there was a total cost of Rp. 865,941,851.98. The difference in cost between the two methods is Rp. 475,967,648.40. In conventional lining concrete work, the time was 20.4 days. While using the precast lining concrete method is 19.2 days. Dalam konstruksi dikenal ada dua metode pekerjaan pada beton, beton yang dipakai yaitu metode linign konvensional dan metode lining pracetak (precast). Pada kasus Proyek pembangunan peningkatan jaringan irigasi D.I sempor menggunakan 2 (dua) metode beton yaitu beton lining konvensional dan beton lining precast. Pihak kontraktor harus melakukan evaluasi dan menentukan strategi yang harus dipakai guna mempercepat penyelesaian dari proyek tersebut. Analisa dari pemilihan dari kedua metode tersebut ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan analisis waktu dan biaya pelaksanaannya.
Dari hasil penelitian pada beton lining konvensional didapat total biaya Rp 389,974,203.57, sedangkan untuk beton lining precast terdapat total biaya sebesar Rp 865,941,851.98. selisih biaya pada pekerjaan antara kedua metode tersebut sebesar Rp 475,967,648.40Pada pekerjaan beton lining konvensional di dapat waktu 20.4 hari. Sedangkan menggunakan metode beton lining precast adalah 19.2 hari. Selisih waktu kedua metode tersebut 1.2 hari. Kata kunci: Beton Lining Konvensional, Beton Lining Precast, Saluran Irigasi
