Abstract

PT Formulatrix Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufacturing yang memproduksi alat laboratorium. Di PT Formulatrix terdapat proses finishing black anodize. Dimana di dalam proses finishing black anodize tersebut ditemukan cacat produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar cacat produksi dan faktor apasaja yang menyebabkan cacat produksi dengan menggunakan metode control chart dan diagram fishbone. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh cacat material sebesar 10,34%. Terdapat 2 macam cacat produksi, yaitu kerusakan dimensi dan kerusakan warna. Dari analisis penelitian kerusakan dimensi disebabkan oleh faktor manusia (handling dan penyimpanan) dan faktor material awal itu sendiri yang keropos. Kerusakan warna disebabkan oleh faktor mesin (power supply) yang tidak sempurna mengalirkan listrik yang di perlukan dan faktor manusia yang di sebabkan proses pengkawatan tidak kencang.

PT Formulatrix Indonesia is a manufacturing company that produces laboratory equipment. At PT Formulatrix there is a black anodize finishing process. Where in the black anodize finishing process, production defects were found. This study was conducted to determine the extent of production defects and what factors cause production defects using the control chart method and fishbone diagram. From the results of the study, material defects were found to be 10.34%. There are 2 types of production defects, namely dimensional damage and color damage. From the analysis of the study, dimensional damage is caused by human factors (handling and storage) and the initial material factor itself, which is porous. Color damage is caused by machine factors (power supply) that do not perfectly flow the required electricity and human factors caused by the wiring process not being tight.
