Abstract

Workload analysis is important to determine the need for health human resources such as registration officers. Puhpelem Health Center, Wonogiri Regency has never conducted an health human resources needs analysis to determine the need for registration officers. This study aims to determine the need for registration officers at Puhpelem Health Center, Wonogiri Regency. The subject of this study was one registration and medical record service officer at Puhpelem Health Center, Wonogiri Regency. The object of this study was the need for registration officers at Puhpelem Health Center, Wonogiri Regency. The variables used in the study were the need for registration officers at Puhpelem Health Center, Wonogiri Regency. The research instruments used in this study were a list of questions and observation sheets. In this study, validity and reliability tests were not carried out, because this study used the standard formula in the ABK-Kes method. The data analysis used in this study was in accordance with the ABK-Kes formula which consists of determining the type of health facility and type of HRD, available working hours, workload components, workload standards, supporting task standards and supporting task factors, and the need for registration officers. The results of this study indicate that the Puhpelem Health Center, Wonogiri Regency, requires 2 registration officers. So it is necessary to add 1 officer and also include 1 registration and medical record service officer to take training or take additional education because they do not have a medical record education background.
