Abstract
ABSTRAK
Permenkes nomor 24 tahun 2022 menyatakan bahwa seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan harus menyelenggarakan RME sesuai dengan ketentuan paling lambat pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023. Puskesmas Ngadirojo merupakan salah satu puskesmas di Kabupaten wonogiri yang masih menggunakan rekam medis manual hal ini disebabkan simpus yang sering eror. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan implementasi rekam medis elektronik (RME) dengan Metode Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology (DOQ -IT) di Puskesmas Ngadirojo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 40 respondenyang terdiri dari 6 dokter, 13 bidang, 9 perawat, 4 rekam medis, 2 laboratorium, 3 apoteker, 1 kasir, 1 fisioterapi dan 1 petugas IT dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan skor 84,53 berada pada range II yang menunjukan Puskesmas Ngadirojo cukup siap dalam implementasi RME. Variabel kesiapan sumber daya manusia memperoleh skor 11,99, budaya kerja organisasi memperoleh skor 35,44 tata Kelola kepemimpinan memperoleh skor 25,16 dan infrastuktur IT memperoleh skor 11,94. Kesimpulan dari tingkat kesiapan implementasi RME untuk Puskesmas Ngadirojo adalah Cukup Siap.

ABSTRACT
Minister of Health Regulation number 24 of 2022 states that all health service facilities must provide RME in accordance with the provisions no later than 31 December 2023. Ngadirojo Community Health Center is one of the community health centers in Wonogiri Regency which still uses manual medical records, this is due to the node often having errors. This research aims to determine the readiness to implement electronic medical records (RME) using the Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology (DOQ -IT) method at the Ngadirojo Community Health Center. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. The population of this study was 40 respondents. The population of this study was 40 respondents consisting of 6 doctors, 13 fields, 9 nurses, 4 medical records, 2 laboratories, 3 pharmacists, 1 cashier, 1 physiotherapist and 1 IT officer with sampling using total sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this research obtained a score of 84.53, which is in range II, which shows that the Ngadirojo Community Health Center is quite ready to implement RME. The human resource readiness variable got a score of 11.99, organizational work culture got a score of 35.44, leadership governance got a score of 25.16 and IT infrastructure got a score of 11.94. The conclusion of the level of readiness for RME implementation for the Ngadirojo Community Health Center is Quite Ready.
